At L'Occitane, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are secured to prevent leaking, and include a copy of your original packing slip.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided via our online portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
